Super Deals!

I have been trying to save money and get more by using coupons.One of the moms from Makenna's class is great at it and has been telling me how she does it. So last week Kmart was doing double coupons so here's what I got (not to bad if I do say so myself):
4 Suave Lotion
1 Clean and Clear Face wash
1 Clean and Clear moisturizer
1 Dry Idea deodorant
1 Kotex
1 Act mouth wash
3 Aveeno baby wash
1 Huggies wipes 72 ct.
1 Pledge multi surface
2 Quaker Granola bars
2 V8 fusion juices
the total was $71plus a $5 off $50 Kmart coupon
and with coupons I owed $13.22and I had $5 gift card
So I walked away Paying $8!!
I did go to Kmart 3 times with the coupons but I got about $300 worth of toiletries and diapers and other baby stuff for less than $100.
I always feel so bad about not working as much as I used to so I figure this can be my way of saving as much money as I can and so far I think I have been doing pretty well. I saved $75 at the grocery store the other day and got 6 tubs of Clorox wipes for less than $5 at Target. I have been able to stock up on things that we need that I always feel like we run out of constantly ( like diapers and wipes). I don't think I am going to have to buy soap or diapers for quite a while!

Our Baby Gage is not so much a baby anymore, but I guess we'll consider him one. We just love him so much!
